One Studio • One Standard

Since 2009, every Franko artwork has been created under the same roof and guided by the same commitment to doing things properly.

Over the years, more than 7,000 original artworks have found homes in over 35 countries around the world. Styles have evolved. The studio has grown in size and my wife and adult children have become part of the journey. Technology has changed.

What hasn't changed is the standard.

Whether you're purchasing your first Franko, your fifth, or commissioning a custom piece, the goal remains the same: to create exceptional affordable original artwork and provide an experience that feels personal, professional and enjoyable from start to finish.

The Standard

One Studio • One Standard isn't a promise of perfection.

It's a commitment to consistency.

It's about showing up every day, caring about the details and striving for excellence across everything that leaves the studio.

It's about standing behind the work that is sent out into the world, treating people as I would want to be treated and continually looking for ways to improve.

That commitment has, and will forever guide every Franko artwork that leaves the studio.

Relax, I've Got You.

Buying art should be exciting, not stressful.

Questions about sizing, colours, framing, shipping, commissions or installation are completely normal, and helping people navigate those decisions has always been part of the process.

If you're unsure, ask.

If you need advice, ask.

If you'd simply like a second opinion, ask... even if it's about something that isn't even Franko.

I am always, always happy to help.

Professional Materials, Framing & Packaging

I import my own blank canvases and have done so for almost all of my career after seeing the questionable quality often sold within the art industry.

Over the years, I've built long-term relationships with trusted suppliers who understand exactly what I expect and consistently deliver it.

The same applies to framing. Moulding is sourced through one of Australia's longest-serving industry suppliers, chosen not because they're the cheapest, but because they consistently deliver the quality I expect for my clients.

Every artwork is then framed, packaged and dispatched using processes refined through thousands of successful deliveries worldwide.

From framing through to packaging and dispatch, the utmost care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Direct Communication

When you contact the studio, you're communicating with a real person.

More often than not, that's me.

No call centres.

No third-party support teams.

No passing responsibility from one department to another.

Accountability

If something goes wrong, you'll know exactly who to contact.

There are no departments, ticket systems, layers of management or middlemen between you and the artist.

The same studio responsible for creating your artwork is responsible for helping make things right.

That's one of the benefits of dealing directly with the artist.

Long-Term Relationships

Many clients return multiple times over many years, building collections that often grow well beyond a single artwork.

That trust is something we work hard to earn and never take for granted.

In Closing

I genuinely appreciate every person who chooses to trust me with their walls.

Whether it's a small artwork, a major commission or something created especially for your space, my commitment remains the same:

Create amazing artwork.

Treat every client as though they're my only client.

Stand behind what leaves the studio.
