Shipping Within Australia

All artwork prices include free shipping within Australia. However, if your piece is particularly large and/or being shipped to a remote destination, I may ask for some assistance with freight costs. If that is the case, I'll contact you quickly after purchase and we'll work something out before shipping. It has only happened a handful of times across more than 7,000 artworks sold.

Original artworks are professionally packaged and shipped fully insured. Every effort is made to ensure your artwork arrives safely, securely and ready to hang.

Dispatch times for stock may vary depending on framing requirements and freight schedules. If you require an artwork by a specific date, please get in touch before purchasing. I will always do whatever I can to ensure artwork arrives when you need it. For commissions see below.


International Shipping

Franko artworks can now be found in homes, offices and collections across more than 35 countries.

Many international destinations qualify for free shipping on larger purchases. Where free shipping is not available, competitive international freight rates are offered. This would generally only apply to unusual destinations where freight costs are exceptionally high. If that is the case, any assistance with freight costs is greatly appreciated.

International shipments are typically handled through specialist freight providers and their international partners. DHL is more often than not our preferred shipping partner.

Please note that some countries may apply customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and vary from country to country.

If your country is not listed during checkout, simply get in touch and a shipping quote can be arranged.


Packaging

All artworks are professionally packaged using custom cartons, protective wrapping and internal protection designed specifically for artwork transportation.

Every effort is made to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.


Damaged Freight

In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact the studio immediately and provide photographs of both the packaging and artwork.

All shipments are insured and every effort will be made to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns

Buying original art online can feel a little different to buying most things.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact the studio within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

Returned artworks must be received in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are generally free for domestic purchases and by the purchaser for international purchases unless otherwise agreed.

If there is an unusual problem with your artwork, please get in touch. I take enormous pride in every piece created and 1 million percent want clients to be happy with their artwork. That is why I do what I do.

Sometimes stuff happens. If it does, simply reach out and let's discuss how you can be happy again. At the end of the day, that's what matters most. You have to love your artwork. It's as simple as that.
