Customer feedback has always been one of the most rewarding parts of being a full-time artist.

Over the years, thousands of original artworks have found homes throughout Australia and around the world. Many clients choose to share photographs, reviews, testimonials and stories about their experience, and I am incredibly grateful for every one of them.

Review Sources

Reviews displayed throughout this website may originate from a variety of sources including:

  • Direct customer feedback

  • Shopify reviews

  • ProductReview.com.au

  • Email correspondence

  • Social media messages

  • Written testimonials supplied directly by clients

Many reviews displayed on the Franko website originate from customers who have also chosen to share their feedback on ProductReview.com.au, which is Franko's preferred independent third-party review platform.

Customers may choose to submit reviews directly to the Franko website, ProductReview.com.au, or both. In some cases, customers may also provide permission for their review, photographs or testimonial to be displayed across multiple platforms.

Customer Photos

Many customers proudly provide photographs of their artwork displayed in their homes, businesses and commercial spaces. Let's be honest, if you've just transformed a room with a new artwork, there's a good chance you'll want to show it off.

Customer photographs are only displayed with permission, either expressed directly or implied through submission for review, testimonial or marketing purposes.

If a customer changes their mind and wishes to have a review and/or photograph removed, simply contact the studio and it will be removed promptly.

Review Authenticity

Reviews published by Franko are intended to reflect genuine customer experiences.

Reviews are never purchased, fabricated or knowingly misrepresented.

No compensation is offered in exchange for positive reviews.

Long-Term Relationships

Purchasing original artwork or commissioning a piece is often a very personal experience.

Over the years, many clients have become repeat buyers, friends of the studio and long-term supporters of my work. Some have purchased multiple artworks over many years, while others have commissioned pieces to celebrate milestones, remember loved ones or mark important moments in their lives.

The relationships formed through art are genuine, long-term and built on trust, which is one of the reasons client feedback means so much to me.

Editing Of Reviews

Occasionally reviews may be lightly edited for spelling, grammar, formatting, length or readability.

Such edits are never intended to alter the meaning, sentiment or overall opinion expressed by the reviewer.

Any edits made to a review are approved by the customer prior to publication.

References to third-party review platforms, logos, ratings and review content are used solely for the purpose of identifying, verifying or acknowledging reviews that appear across multiple platforms.

Where references, logos or branding from third-party review platforms are displayed, they are used solely to identify or acknowledge the review platform concerned.

All trademarks, logos and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Franko is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected with any third-party review platform unless specifically stated.
